Leaders must put their own self-interests aside-Ruto
Politicking after every five year elections circle is not healthy for the country’s democracy and development President William Ruto has said.
The president said it’s now time for tackling and listening to challenges facing the electorate after last year’s general election..
He said it’s regrettable for the country to keep on discussing the country’s leadership hardly less than a year after the polls.
‘it’s now an appropriate time to discuss development rather than politicking after last year’s polls,’ he pointed out.
Ruto said at the moment his priority is to address the electorates’ issues rather than politicking after last year’s polls.

Ruto urged opposition to allow bipartisan approach through the national assembly to correct where things have taken wrong routes.
He asked other leaders to embrace development rather than wasting time on politicking.
