Four suspects in blogger abduction case to know fate on Thursday

The Shanzu Law Court will make its ruling in a bond application by four people suspected of abducting a famous blogger.
The four suspects represented by counsel Jared Magolo were arraigned before Magistrate Robert Mbogo in Mombasa County and denied five charges facing them.
Abdul Hassan Athman, Haji Babu Ndau Mohamed alias Achkobe alias Jay, Esther Muthomi John alias Totoo’s and Violet Adera alias Vayoo were jointly charged with conspiring to commit a felony of abducting Bruce John Khajira on or before the 12th of this month.
The accused are facing charges of gang rape contrary to section of the sexual offences Act.
They are also facing charges of assault causing actual bodily harm contrary to section of the penal code.
