How City Tycoon Orchestrated MCA Beating Over Ksh. 20M Bribe
Kitisuru MCA Alvin Palapala is now on the run after it was revealed that he took 10 million shillings from Director of Jahid Buildings Solutions Mohammed Ibrahim Khanifa to facilitate building approvals in Pangani area but failed.
The city tycoon is after the vocal MCA and has promised to teach Palapala a lesson should he fail to return the bribe he took to facilitate the approvals.
The tycoon who is also allegedly behind the recent attack on the MCA in the Nairobi CBD says he want his cash back without further delays.
“Ya Jana ni Kionjo tu hiyo tutampasua sawasawa Bado Wacha anaita jina ya Sakaja …tutalima yeye mpaka arudishe pesa.Gone are the days when you could pick someone’s cash and sublime in thin air.” The tycoon said.
Meanwhile Palapala has denied any wrong doing asking his attackers to follow the law.
“Wacha wafuate Sheria kama ni pesa wanataka mimi Sina.” He said.
Mca Palapala earlier in the day he also held press conference but he could not respond to Journalists questions.
“Am not feeling well to respond to your questions,but just publish the story the way it is,”he responded.
He also came to press conference while drunk,and fellow MCA’s who skipped his press conference accused him of playing dirty politics and using such tricks to solicit money from Governor Sakaja.
“Hii ni kipindi, anatafuta pesa ya January, he should go slow,”an Mca told journalist at cityhall.
