MP Babu Owino Narrates his Conversation with former South African President Jacob Zuma


Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino met and discussed several issues with South Africa’s retired president Jacob Zuma.

Not so many people are aware what was discussed in the meeting but according to the legislator,they had vibrant discussions of which he was greatfull.

“It was my pleasure to honor an INVITATION from H. E PRESIDENT (Rtd) JACOB ZUMA to visit him today the 21st Day of December 2023 at his residence in KwaZulu-Natal Province in South Africa. We held vibrant discussions for which I am grateful. We will continue to deepen and strengthen our friendship as we move ahead,” Babu posted on his social media accounts.

For starters,Babu and Zouma have known each for sometime and the former president,who admirers young vibrant African leaders is never shy from meeting them.

We understand that the two leaders discussed among other things,the role of young parliamentary leaders and how they can integrate their duties to foster the aspirations of their respective nations.

The two leaders laughed and joked as Zouma opened up on the history his country has has with Kenya.

It is also understood that Babu Owino is loved and admired in South Africa over his position he has taken on dictatorial leadership in Africa.

He is expected to make a number trips to South Africa where he has separately been invited by a number of institutions to address youth leadership forums.
