Sonko donates foodstuffs to over 300 inferno victims in Nairobi
Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko on Wednesday evening donated foodstuffs to over 300 people who were rendered homeless after an inferno razed down their property in Nairobi’s Gatina ward.
The victims received maize flour,rice and cooking oil from the ex governor.
Sonko said that despite being out of office,he will continue helping Nairobi residents in his individual capacity and and the Sonko Rescue Team.
” I will always be available to help because my attachment to the people is not about power but the willingness to serve,” Sonko said
