LifeCare Hospitals Unveils Brand New Identity

LifeCare Hospitals a growing chain of multi-specialty hospitals has revealed a new corporate identity and revamped logo. The changes come in the midst of the hospital’s expansion strategy across the country.

LifeCare Hospitals was founded in September 2017 in Bungoma Town. As the first multi-specialty hospital in the town with a 100bed capacity, 15 ICU beds, and 2 modular operating theatres, it offers primary care, specialty clinics, surgical services, mother and child care, critical care unit, dental services, diagnostics, and laboratory services.

In 2021, LifeCare Hospitals set in motion a fully-fledged multispecialty hospital in Migori county with a bed capacity of 75beds and in Kikuyu town with a bed capacity of 50 beds in phase 1 and an additional 60beds in phase 2 in 2022.

Speaking during the reveal of the new brand identity, LifeCare Hospitals CEO Mr. Vikram Jit Singh said that the Hospital was aimed at providing universal health care closer to communities across Kenya.

“The rebranding of LifeCare is momentous to us as it sets precedence for our expansion across Kenya and the rest of Africa. Our plan to increase our footprint across Kenya will enable us to have 8 hospitals by 2023. This year our plan of action is to open doors to LifeCare multi-specialty in Meru county and LifeCare Super-Specialty hospitals in Eldoret & LifeCare multi-specialty in Mlolongo.” Said the CEO Mr. Vikram Jit Singh.

He added, “LifeCare Hospital’s core values compassion, accountability, responsibility, and excellence will continue to power our patient-centric approach.”

This latest move will enable LifeCare’s bed capacity to stand at 450beds in 2022 with an anticipated 600bed capacity by year-end 2023 in the 8 hospitals.

Evolution of new Brand Identity:

New Logo: As a prominent representation of the people, brand, and communication the new logo is a bold, warm and peaceful symbol. A combination of the hospital’s letters “L”,”C”, and “H” married with the cross symbol. In its vocation, the cross symbol is used as a symbol of impartial health care service.

New Brand colors: The multitude of fresh new colors speak of virtue, authority, and peace of mind. Various shades of blue; Cyan and Teal call to mind feelings of calmness and serenity.

New Tagline: Better Together
