Nathan Khalil Wins Extreme Tennis Tournament in Nairobi

Khalil Nathan emerged the winner in the Boys Under 10 Orange category held over the weekend during the one day Extreme tennis tournament held at the Nairobi Club.
Justin Kiama finished second with Allan Njau coming third. In the Girls U-10 Green, Sheba Ogamba was declared the winner followed by Zuri Ochieng and Felicia Ouko. Over 130 players drawn from various schools attended the tennis tournament that was organised by Collins Abalas Extreme Sports.
The one day event whose theme was greening community was sponsored by leading mobile network provider Safaricom Ltd, Rwanda Air, Coca-Cola Beverage Africa, NMS Advocates and sanctioned by Tennis Kenya.
The tournament was played in five different categories comprising Under – 4,6,8 and10 Under Green and Orange respectively.
Winners were presented with Trophies and medals by chief guests that included Tennis Kenya Technical Director Rosemary Owino, Safaricom representative Peris Nduta Muhoro, and Frank Owino who represented Cocacola beverage Africa among others.
Briefing the media, Technical Director who is one of the highly trained tennis coaches in the region lauded sponsors led by Safaricom Ltd, participants , and parents for their respective contribution.
