Elachi Cleared to Vie for Dagoretti North MP Seat

Honorable Beatrice Elachi has said he is elated to have been inched closer to the seat.
Elachi was Tuesday Morning handed the Certificate of clearance by the independent electoral and boundaries commission IEBC at the Dagoretti North office.
“First of all is to thank God for this victory. Mama Dago is now ready to deliver to the people of Dagoretti North to make sure I empower them. The task ahead now is to go to the people of Dagoretti North now that I have been cleared and request them to vote for me.
My four pillars of education, women empowerment, school feeding program, youth empowerment. We will work together to transform their lives. And so it’s my dream to make sure that the people of Dagoretti North access scholarship and link them to jobs. My dream is to see a better tomorrow for the people of Dagoretti and that’s what I pray God.”
Mheshimiwa Elachi downplayed claims that the Azimio Gubernatorial Candidate Polycarp Igathe is campaigning alone. “Igathe is not campaigning alone. He is very strategic and smart. He wants first of all to acquaint himself with the ground, and as the Azimio we are confident of delivering the majority of the seats in Nairobi and also place Baba The fifth at State House.”
Elachi called for peaceful polls. “After elections I believe we shall not have any chaos or bloodshed. Peace is what we are emphasizing.”
