Cofpak Confident Ruto Will Fix The Health Sector
The Confraternity of Patients Kenya (Cofpak) Chief Executive officer Joab Ogallo has congratulated president-elect William Ruto after his win was upheld by the Supreme Court.
He joins a host of International and local leaders who have congratulated Ruto.
In a statement he sent heartfelt congratulations to Ruto for becoming the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya.
“We are compounded in confidence, hope and prayers for a remarkable leadership and influence in promoting, protecting, and safeguarding the interests of all healthcare services seekers and patients in Kenya,” said Ogallo.
“We are delighted that your Government will embrace Universal Health Coverage that dismantles the one sickness away from Poverty as commonly experienced by the majority vulnerable Kenyans.”
He added that as a premier patients’ representative body, the institutions looks forward to a vibrant inclusive, democratic health system that treats her people with respect, dignity, minimal or zero harm and utmost professionalism.
