Jijenge Granted CBK Nod to Continue Rolling out Financial Services

The Chief Executive Officer of Jijenge Credit Limited Mr Peter Macharia Kamau has welcomed Central Bank of Kenya decision to give Jijenge a clean bill of health in order to continue offering financial services solutions.
Jijenge Credit is a non-deposit-taking Microfinance Lending Institution with over 10,000 clients in Kenya, Sudan and Tanzania, and its head office is at Town House, Nairobi, Kenya.
Mr Kamau opines, “We at Jijenge Credit take pride in being accredited among the digital credit providers as directed by the Central Bank of Kenya.
This follows a public outcry after some unregulated firms were accused of high-interest rates and engaging in unscrupulous means of collecting debts from customers who have defaulted payments for a while, however, we are guided by uttermost ethics that does not allow such acts.
