Senior Citizens Feted During Mashujaa Day Celebrations

As the country observed Mashujaa Day Celebrations, more than 1,000 senior citizens from Ndia Constituency have a reason to smile after a well wisher gifted them with goodies.
Dr. Hezekiah Kariuki is the chief executive officer of Together as One Investment and Comfort Homes and he says he chose to celebrate the senior citizens who are his heroes.
“Today I’ve given out more than one thousand blankets, food and hygiene products to these very important peoplw in our society who are sometimes forgotten in spite of the noble achievement of fighting for our independence. On the same breath, we have also gifted more than 200 children in this school who suffer from celebrate palsy. I would like to call upon other well wishers and philanthropists to come and join hands because if we come together we can change our society,” Mr Kariuki observed.
On the same event at Kibirigwi primary, the elderly who benefited from the hand of Generosity heaped praised on Kariuki for his kindness and prayed for him to have a lengthy, healthy life.
