Super Metro Continue to Shine in Kenya’s Public Transport
Super Metro Sacco is the de facto Sacco of choice in the public sector segment. This is the best managed Sacco that has been clinching award after the other.
Nelson Nduki, is the Chairman of Super Metro and in an interview this is what he had to say:
“Public Transport is a key driver for economic growth. However, it had for long either been neglected or treated without much attention. But as Super Metro, we came to change this.”
Mr Nduki alludes to us the secret of the Saccos success.
“Our greatest driver is customer centred service. We always strive to make sure that our customer is happy and that we meet his transport needs at the right time. We are also Cognizant of the fact that time is money and that’s why we brought efficient time management across all our routes.
Thirdly and most importantly is instilling discipline in all our crew both drivers and conductors. They must uphold the code of ethics and treat customers with dignity whilst upholding the highest professional standards.”
Super Metro is a respected player in the industry and is seeking a closer working relationship with Nairobi City County Government in a bid to decongest the already congested city in terms of management of traffic so that all road users can comfortably carry out their business.”
The latest accolade that Super Metro added to it’s hat is that of Boya Awards.
