Lesedi Property on Spot after involvement in Fraud
Property company Lesedi Developers is on the spot after it was implicated in a fraud syndicate.
According to details in our possession, the company is being accused by one of the customers for failing to honour some of the agreement.
A source who spoke in condition of anonymity told this publication that the company has blatantly refused to refund her money even after she expressed dissatisfaction with the property which was in construction.
In particular, the client paid Sh 1.8 million for a house but it took two years to have her house.When she requested to have the refund the company signed a cheque that would soon bounce.
The client says that she wanted the money to attend to a sick patient but the company has been taking her circles.More details to follow in the next publication.
