Sakaja on Spot for Approving Payment of Ksh 55m for Kwanga Mboya Advocate Law Firm

As Nairobi Mcas kick-start vetting of Nairobi chief officers this morning at cityhall, Governor Sakaja has been put on spot over illegal Payment of 55M to alaw firm.
The Mca who sought anonymity,has revealed to this writer that Governor Sakaja through his then finance Cec Larry Wambua and his finance chief officer Martha Njeri they colluded and made illegal payments amounting to 55Million shillings to alaw firm associated with Kwanga Mboya advocate.
“Sakaja must explain to us why he made illegal payments to this Mboya advocate without proper documents, no invoice,we suspect taxpayers money has been lost, ” an MCA who sought anonymity revealed.
The ward reps have further questioned why the money was paid in hurry this week through cooperative bank and they now want Governor Sakaja to account for the money before they call in EACC and DCI to investigate the massive corruption that is being suspected to have taken place in the eyes of Governor Sakaja.
