Bandari FC loses to Posta Rangers 3-1 in Mombasa

Posta Rangers came from behind to maul Bandari football club 3-1 during a Kenya Premier league mid week fixture played at KPA Mbaraki sports club in Mombasa county.
The match watched by a few people after the festive season saw the home team score the first goal in 14 minutes through a penalty taken by William Waridi.
The centre referee awarded the home team the penalty after home team player, international striker Abdallah Hassan, was brought down in the box.
The visiting team equalized through Vincent Wasamba on the 2oth minute after a hard shot passed through home team custodian Wanyika Mike who dived the wrong side of the net.
Posta Rangers striker Brain Marita was on the mark to score the second goal into breather time to make the goals 2-I.
The home team made substitutions bringing in Chris Ochieng, Douglas Mukaya and Enock Macharia by they made little effort.
The visiting team mounted more pressure and sealed the home team’s hope to share the league points after Sudan import Jackson Duang scored a classic goal in the 90th minute before the final whistle.
Duang, a former Kayole youth player, got his standing ovation from the fans when he scored a third goal for the visiting team to collect maximum points.
The defending champs Tusker football club will take helpless Bandari football club on Sunday fixture at KPA Mbaraki sports club in Mombasa county.
