Bishop Kieru Welcomes DP Gachagua’s order on bars

It’s on record that Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has directed all county governments within the Mt Kenya region to revoke all the licenses to bars and restaurants.
The second in command directed the devolved units to only license one bar and restaurant in each town.
To buttress and show solidarity with his excellency, Kenya Assemblies of God Nyahururu District Bishop Simon Kieru said the move is welcome more at a time when the young generation have suffered due to abuse of alcohol.
The Bishop noted that alcohol has also rendered young men and women to be zombies and also wreckinghavoc in the family unit.
He urged those who turn from their wayward ways to seek Godly ways
