Man Charged with Assaulting Dentist Appears in Court, Second Accused Faces Warrant of Arrest

A man was on Thursday arraigned at Milimani law court and charged with two counts including assaulting a dentist.
Sunil Vunayak who appeared before Milimani chief magistrate Lucas Oyina pleaded not guilty to all the two counts and was released on a cash bail of 100 thousand which he had been released with by the police.
Oyina who presided over the matter also issued warrant of arrest against the second accused person mr Geoffrey Mwiruri King’ang’a who failed to appear before the court during plea taking.
According to the charge sheet it states that.On the 26th of August 2015 at Eurodent hospital in Westland, Nairobi county in the Republic of Kenya ,unlawful did grievous harm to to Michael Isaac Ochieng’ a dental medical procedure.
The matter will now be mentioned on the 7th of December for pre trial directions.
