Every large social gathering requires top-tier security, especially one that attracts over 10,000 spectators, including motoring enthusiasts and families. Ensuring their safety is paramount, and that’s why SGA Security is stepping in as the official security partner for this year’s Concours d’Elegance, organized by the Alfa Romeo Owners Club. This marks the second consecutive year that SGA Security will be responsible for maintaining safety at the event.

SGA Security’s involvement begins with thorough security planning and vulnerability assessments, ensuring that any potential risks are identified and mitigated in advance. Their goal is to guarantee a smooth, disruption-free event.

As attendees arrive at the venue, they will be greeted by friendly, professional security officers conducting quick yet thorough vehicle and personal checks. This step is crucial in ensuring that only authorized items are brought into the event and to prevent unauthorized access.

In addition to guards, SGA’s trained security dogs will patrol the venue alongside their handlers. These dogs play a vital role as sniffer dogs, helping detect any potential threats, such as explosives, to further enhance safety measures.

“As a security firm, our success is defined by the peace of mind our clients experience, knowing their safety is in good hands,” said Lucas Ndolo, SGA Kenya Country Manager. “We want to assure all attendees that their security is our top priority.”

SGA’s guards are not only trained to secure the event but also to gather intelligence, helping prevent incidents before they occur. Their presence ensures that both spectators and participants can enjoy the 2024 Concours d’Elegance with complete peace of mind.
