Outgoing KPA Chair Kibwana, Officially Hands Over Office

Outgoing KPA Chairman Gen. (Rtd) Joseph Kibwana has officially handed over office to the incoming Chairman Benjamin Dalu Tayari.
The new appointed Chairman said he will oversee the KPA Board of Directors and further guide on policy implementations.
He said through a press release to the media that his first assignment will be the proposed construction of berths at Dongo Kundu Special Economic Zone (SEZ), an area the government aims to fast-track, and the construction of the Shimoni Port.
