Infobip Recognized as RCS Business Messaging Leader by Juniper Research
Global cloud communications platform Infobip has been ranked as the top Established Leader in RCS Business Messaging by analyst firm Juniper Research.
In Juniper Research’s 2024 RCS Business Messaging Competitor Leaderboard, Infobip earned this recognition for its superior product positioning, as well as its enhanced capacity and capabilities.
Juniper Research evaluated vendors based on factors including geographical reach, depth of partnerships, RCS value-added services, notable RCS deployments, and innovation. Out of 17 providers, Infobip achieved the top ranking due to its strong presence in the global messaging market and successful RCS deployments in regions identified as growth areas.
Infobip is also the first communications platform in North America to maintain an active RCS platform connected to telecom providers, including Verizon, with additional carrier connections to follow.
Juniper Research highlighted Infobip’s extensive value-added services that bolster its messaging portfolio, such as conversational AI, People CDP, and CPaaS X solutions.
