Buxton Point Affordable Housing Project 90% Complete
The Sh6 billion Buxton Point affordable housing project under Buxton Point Apartments Limited is 90 percent complete.
The apartments’ Managing Director, Ahmed Badawy, announced they are nearing completion of the Phase 1 of the Sh 6 billion modern and affordable housing project.
He pointed out the project is currently 90 percent complete with major works including plumbing, electrical, plastering and painting having been done.
“The first phase of the project consists of 584 units while Phase 2 which is currently on sale will include 1300 units,” he said.
Badawy said the Buxton Point home openers will engage in a tree planting exercise ahead of the project’s completion.

In a press statement the Buxton Point Apartments Limited Managing Director said as the completion date draws closer they are excited to announce that Buxton Point will hold a tree planting event where all homeowners are expected to plant a tree.
Badawy defended the tree planting exercise saying it will create a conducive environment to live in, improve the air quality and create a common space for the residents to gather.
He added it will create a relaxing atmosphere hence promoting social interactions and provide a lifelong shade to residents of Buxton Point.
“We are also currently in the process of naming our four courtyards and four streets that will be in the Buxton Point Estate,” he emphasized.
The Apartments’ boss said in his statement that his team has put a tremendous amount of effort and dedication into the project to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence as they focus on building a lifestyle and not just apartments.
