Manager intimidating workers by stripping naked at work
A manager in one leading wood-based industrial complex which manufactures plywoods, fibreboards, block boards, flush doors and timber is on the spot for allegedly stripping naked and intimidating workers at the work place.
It is believed that any slightest provocation, the senior manager, a Kenyan of the Asian origin, gets mad, starts to shout at the workers right from the reception area into the offices.
The habit, workers at the firm say is getting out of control as the firm employs workers of different sexes and age and that it is not only embarrassing but also a taboo.
