UDA party begins registration ahead of 2022 polls

United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has kicked-off registration for aspirants eyeing political positions with the party in the forthcoming 2022 general elections.
The party closely associated Deputy President William Ruto, held a consultative meeting with those looking forward to contest over gubernatorial, senatorial, national and county assembly aspirants
The meeting drew aspirants from the 47 counties.
Charles Kamau interested in Ngara Ward representative in Nairobi was jubilant after the party vowed to hold free and fair nominations.
“I’m glad that today I have been registered as a member for UDA which culminates unbiased, free and fare nominations as promised by the party secretary general Veronica Maina. I would like to mention that my key objectives are developments and service delivery,” he said.
He said that the “Hustler” movement focuses mainly on uplifting the economy by job creation.
