The irate voters claim that the UDA primaries in Bahati were doctored in favor of incumbent Kimani Ngunjiri despite complaints from various quarters.

The noted that Irene has proved to be a strong candidate who can unseat the incumbent.

” Our goal remains to have better leadership in Bahati and that means that it’s only through team work that we can achieve this.We call upon those who believe in this course and despite losing in the UDA primaries to team up with Irene Njoki because she is a good leader,” Benson Njiru,a youth leader in Bahati said.

The residents warned against voting in a six-piece format, noting that such decisions have proved to be punitive in the long run.

” There is no going to be six-piece business here and the whole of Nakuru and those who run UDA must know this,” Mercy Wanja of Mount Kenya University ,Nakuru campus said.
