Guard who accused Former Tetu MP James Ndungu Githinji for Assault Distance himself from Kihingo Properties Wrangles

A witness in the case where former Tetu Mp James Ndung’u Githinji was charged with two counts of assaults’ has distance himself from the war between the Directors of Kihingo Properties.
During the first hearing of the case before Milimani magistrate Muthoni Nzibe, Godfrey Kirimi Mutua has narrated to the court how the former member of Parliament assault him at night while armed with a pistol.
He told the trial magistrate that , during the fateful day, the accused person assaulted him on the head causing serious injuries that led him to have several stitches.
Kirimi who worked as a watchman told the court they were employed by the directors but by then he didn’t knew that there was war and division among the directors.
About him communicating and receiving money from some of the directors who are at war over the onwership of the company, Kirimu told the court that he only talks to some of the directors on job related issues and nothing more .
In the matter James Ndung’u was charged with two counts of assaulting and causing grievous harm to Mutua on the 23rd February 2020.
