Broadbased Brawl: MPs Umulkheir Harun, Falhada Iman Cat Fight in Parliament Goes Viral

A viral video shared on social media on Wednesday showed Umulkheir Harun, a nominated MP from the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), and Falhada Iman, a representative in the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) were caught engaging in a physical altercation in broad daylight within the parliamentary premises.
The video shows the two MPs whose parties are currently co-operating under the broad-based government entangled in a scuffle, with female colleagues attempting to intervene.
A male colleague can be heard in the background of the viral video telling other onlookers not to intervene, urging them to “let them fight.”
At one point, one of the legislators is audibly heard pleading with him not to take pictures or record the incident, to which he responds casually that it is already being live-streamed.
Eventually, order was restored after a Parliament sergeant-at-arms stepped in to defuse the situation and take the leaders away from the fracas.
