Mt Kenya Leaders Stand in Defence of Former President Uhuru
A section of Mount Kenya leaders have come out strongly to stand with former president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Led by Kariuki Kiruga they said Uhuru was caring and had a vision for this country especially through the one man, one vote one shilling.
“We are saddened by a section of politicians who have been showing sheer disrespect for our former president Uhuru Kenyatta. It’s utter disrespect to call for Uhuru Kenyatta to be arrested the way Ndindi Nyoro, Kimani Ichungwa and the rest. These are the leaders orchestrating disunity in the region instead of uniting the region.” said Kiruga.

Funding Demonstrations
Kenya kwanza leaders have been accusing former president Uhuru Kenyatta of funding the demonstrations by Azimio.

Speaking during an interview on Citizen TV on Saturday, Odinga said the former Head of State has nothing to do with the ongoing protests. Odinga said he was solely responsible for mobilizing Azimio supporters.
