Deputy President Rigathi  Gachagua confirmed they will pitch tent with goodies to woo voters ahead 2027 polls.

He said President William Ruto and himself will spend their entire four years remaining in government to shower goodies to the region’s voters.

“Our  mission is to woo voters in the region for re-election bid in the 2027 polls,” he pointed out.

Gachagua said they want to move from 44 per cent they garnered  during last year’s polls to over 50 per cent in the 2027 polls.

He was speaking during the acquisition of six patrol vessels at  a ceremony held at Liwatoni fisheries in Mvita constituency, Mombasa county.

The Deputy President said they want to establish a  bonding session with the coast region’s electorate ahead of the 2027 polls.

Gachagua announced their mission is to garner 98 per cent come 2027 to wrestle the opposition out of the region.

He said he is determined to push and scale up from 44 per cent they garnered during the 2022 general election.
