Korogocho MCA Insists on Apology from Gachagua Over Uhuru Park Incident

Korogocho ward MCA, Absalom Odhiambo Matach, is taking a firm stance and demanding an apology from Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

This demand arises from an incident at Uhuru Park on Monday when Gachagua failed to greet Governor Johnson Sakaja.

Expressing his concerns to the media, Matach criticized Gachagua’s actions, labeling them as a form of divisive politics aimed at undermining Sakaja.

The first term MCA emphasized the importance of respecting Governor Sakaja’s position and urged Gachagua to refrain from engaging in such political maneuvers.

In a bold move, Matach has issued a 24-hour ultimatum for Gachagua to issue a public apology to Governor Sakaja and the residents of Nairobi.

He stressed that such actions should not be tolerated and that respect for leadership positions is paramount.
