Lenku Hails Raila – Karua ticket, Says it is an Unstoppable Combination
The nomination of Narc- Kenya party leader Martha Karua as the running mate to the Azimio La Umoja Presidential candidate Raila Odinga continues to gain support from various leaders across the country.
Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku has hailed ODM leader Raila Odinga for nominating Karua,whom he described as a courageous woman of dignity and resilience.
” Martha has proved over the years that she is courageous and values integrity and honest leadership,” Lenku said.
He said that the Raila- Karua wave is going to be formidable and will sweep the whole nation into the Azimio basket.
” It is massive and formidable and l see it sweeping the whole nation into Azimio,” Lenku added.
The governor said Karua’s appointment is an inspiration to women and especially those from Maasai Land.
” It shows why we must invest heavily in the girl child even as we remember the boychild,”Lenku added.
