Mizizi Africa Homes Initiates Buy We Build

Mizizi Africa Homes, the leading real estate developer, has initiated a buy we build initiative for its customers.

According to the Company’s founder and chief executive officer George Mburu, the initiative empowers the home owner in the sense that he is able to access credit.

“Under the buy we build initiative, the client is handed the title deed of the plot first. He then contracts the company to build for him the house of his choice. This is a very good step because the plot owner can use the title deed as collateral and access credit.”

The Mizizi Africa Homes founder spoke during the projects handover of Peacock Phase 1 which he has constructed using the flat roof design.

“The flat roof has several advantages as opposed to the iron sheet model. The iron sheets are expensive alongside the gypsum and the fitting works, so when we did the math, we settled for the flat roof. The flat roof can be utilised as a meeting space thereby giving the client value for money,” he concluded.
