Multichoice Kenya Launches Nakuru Branch

Nakuru City is the latest beneficiary of a new MultiChoice Kenya branch which will serve both DStv and GOtv customerswithin the region. 

The revamped branch located on the first floor of Masters Plaza along Kenyatta Avenue in Nakuru CBD will now offer customers a more comfortable and modern facilitywithin which they can access all sales and aftersales services.

Speaking during the launch, the acting County Executive Committee Member for Trade, Tourism, Industry, Marketing and Cooperatives, Francis Mwangi said that the increased investment by MultiChoice within NakuruCounty is a show of trust by investors.

“The opening of the branch continues to provide employment to anumber of people including installers, customer service agents and dealers within the city and its environs. We look forward to the opening of more branches in other parts of the city to serve more customers and to support trade operations within Nakuru county as a whole.”

The MultiChoice Kenya Nakuru branch will serve residents of Nakuru town, Naivasha, Solai, Rongai, Molo, Elburgon, Njoro,Longonot and Maai Mahiu in collaboration with dealers and service partners and accredited installers located in the areasoutside the CBD.

“The revamp of the Nakuru branch was necessary to standardize the operations of our business and democratize service to our customers in the region. Nakuru Branch will now serve as a one-stop shop experience for our DStv and GOtv customers. The modern and advanced digital infrastructure that has been kitted within this facility should give our customers the optimal, premium service they deserve and allow them to enjoy the unlimited entertainment on offer with minimal interruptions,” Nancy Matimu, MultiChoice Kenya Managing Director said, 

Additionally, the Nakuru branch will allow customers to receive a range of services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics and purchases, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others and will serve both residential and commercial customers.

The Nakuru branch is one among the 10 MultiChoice Kenya branches across the country. MultiChoice Kenya also has branches at Capital Centre branch, Greenspan Mall, Sarit Centre Mall and Junction Mall within Nairobi, with one branch located in Nyeri, Mombasa, Ongata Rongai, Kisumu, Eldoret respectively. 

Nakuru branch will open daily from 8am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends and 9am to 5pm on public holidays.

MultiChoice Kenya also serves its customers via a network ofover 2,000 trade partner community comprising dealers, service agents and accredited installers across the country.
