Nairobi County Staff Escapes DCI Through Backdoor of His Office
Nairobi Acting County Secretary Jairus Musumba has this afternoon disappeared from DCI sleuth at City Hall, a few minutes after Acting Governor Ann Kananu presided over the signing of the Gender-Based Violence Bill.
Several city hall staff have been on EACC and DCI radar over the malpractices that bedeviled operations at the County Headquarters.
Musumba is being sought by police over a case that we are yet to establish however Central Police Deputy OCP Lemuna Johnson has confirmed that indeed they visited Musumba’s City Hall office.
Lemuna said the County Secretary used the backdoor of his office and disappeared into thin air then switch off phone.
