No political assassinations in my regime-Ruto

President William Ruto has sought to put the record straight that his regime won’t allow political assassinations in the country.

He also assured the country his regime won’t entertain extrajudicial killings which occurred during the previous regimes.

For avoiding of doubts let me put the record straight that under a Kenya Kwanza administration such incidents won’t take place,” he pointed out.

Ruto said without fear of contradiction there shall be no political assassinations and extra-judicial killings under his government.

He was speaking during the funeral service of Military Chief gallant Francis Ogolla held at Senator Obama primary school in Alego Usonga Constituency, Siaya County.  The deceased was later laid to rest at his Ng’iya village according his burial wishes.

The Head of State said there were no more bodies found at River Yala in Gem constituency, Siaya county.

Ruto reiterated that such incidents are gone with past regimes and assurethe country the government mourns with the bereaved family and condoles with the family too.

He described the deceased as passionate commander and patriotic citizen of Kenya.

He added he was a person of great humility and integrity and a hero who the government recognized.

The late was of great humility with few leaders who can fit into his shoes,” he pointed out.
