Skills To Grow Africa Launches Programme to Help Young People Tap into Influencer Billions

Skills to Grow Africa; a career development firm whose main effort is to impart the most relevant market skills on this generation as a result reduce unemployment has launched a programme dubbed “The Everyone Influences Incubation Programme.” The 8-week programme will help young people gain knowledge and experience on how to tap into the billions of funds allocated annually for influencers around the globe.

According to The Influencer Marketing Benchmark Report 2023 by Influencer Marketing Hub Influencer Marketing is Expected to Grow to be Worth $21.1 Billion in 2023.

“I am very passionate about finding employment opportunities for young people. In fact, I believe that from 18 years of age, everyone should be employed, remember even self-employment, and entrepreneurship using your gifts is also employment. I also know that everyone has influence and this gift of influence that we have been given freely by God can help us earn.” Skills to Grow Africa managing Director Miss Eunice Victoria said.

Ms. Victoria added that Skills to Grow Africa is determined to train 8,000 influencers by 2028 and sign up 1,000 influencers by the same period.

“I have seen what our content creators do online and think it is great. Kenya has a lot of talent. I feel that we can amplify this more such that we are tapping into our God-given gifts. I am not speaking about “clout “and deceit type of content, everyone can influence without deceiving others.’ She added.

The online live interactive programme includes lectures and clinics, to help young people elevate their profiles as influencers and earn. The Topics will include

  1. Understanding Influence- This module will help the learner get to understand what the term
  2. Self-Assessment on influence– This will help the learners identify their areas of power and how to tap into them for content development
  3. Social Media Influencing– This will give the learner an in-depth understanding of the most notable social media platforms, how they can use them
  4. Content Development– This will help the learner to understand how to develop a strategy, plan, and come up with impactful and engaging content that aligns with their values
  5. Creating Impact– This will help the leaner tap into creating impact using their influence including causes they might be passionate about like health, climate change, unemployment, and how to get organizations that will work with
  6. Working with lawmakers
  7. Serving your God Given purpose
  8. Business Development

In keeping with skills to Grow Africa’s Tagline “Everyone has influence” this programme will help young people realize how much influence they have and how they can also earn from becoming an influencer in creative ways.
