Sophos has unveiled its latest initiative to bolster support for its channel partners. The company announced the launch of Partner Care, a comprehensive support offering within its global partner program aimed at providing dedicated assistance to partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The Partner Care program features a specialized team of Sophos experts available 24×7 to address non-sales related inquiries and provide operational support. This initiative is geared towards accelerating response times for partners and MSPs, enabling them to focus more effectively on sales and customer security.

Kendra Krause, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Small Business Sales at Sophos, emphasized the importance of Partner Care in optimizing partner productivity and profitability. She noted that administrative and operational issues often detract from core business activities and customer relationships, making dedicated support essential.

Partner Care offers a centralized point of contact for various partner needs, including quoting, licensing queries, and Not For Resale (NFR) requests. By streamlining these processes, partners can enhance their efficiency and profitability, ultimately delivering better service to their clients.

Richard Wenger, an account executive at Point Broadband LLC and a Sophos channel partner, praised the introduction of Partner Care, highlighting its potential to significantly benefit businesses by freeing up time and resources for sales and relationship-building activities.

In addition to Partner Care, Sophos has announced several enhancements to its global partner program, including an additional 5% reward for partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR). This incentive is valid until March 31, 2024.

The company continues to support its partners and MSPs with real-time threat intelligence from its Sophos X-Ops unit, comprising over 500 cybersecurity experts worldwide. This intelligence equips partners with the latest information on emerging threats, enabling them to address customer concerns effectively.

Furthermore, Sophos has integrated Veeam technology into its MDR and XDR solutions, aiming to streamline compatibility with diverse customer environments.

The launch of Partner Care underscores Sophos’ ongoing commitment to empowering its channel partners with the resources and support necessary to navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape and deliver value to clients.
