Western Leaders Assure Residents Of Steady Development

Western Kenya residents have been assured of steady progress by political figures from Western Kenya.
They all reaffirmed their dedication to providing services to everyone, describing it as a duty and a calling.
“Now that we are in office, it is time to share equally in the development cake of the national government. Residents have been assured of progress by political figures from Western Kenya.

“United we stand, divided we fall. We must soldier on as a belt to actualize the dreams of our people,” he emphasised.
In the same breath, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi noted that Western leaders need to engage in the same discourse to marshal more resources to develop the countries.
“We have a purpose to deliver for our people; let us unite and appropriate more resources to enhance development, said Mudavadi.
Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka affirmed that, through joint efforts with the National Government, the long-stalled Misikhu-Brigidier road is now on course and that the contractor is on site.
“After the long wait, I am happy to report that work on the major road that connects Tongaren to other areas has commenced. We will monitor the contractor closely to ensure the standard is maintained, he said.
Lusaka further cautioned the contractor against doing shoddy work, saying substandard work wouldn’t be allowed.
“Do quality work or exit. We will pitch camp to ensure the road is completed on time to open up the economy in the region, he observed.
The dignitaries spoke in Tongaren Constituency while gracing the Homecoming and Thanksgiving ceremony of Ford Kenya Party Secretary General, Tongaren MP John Murumba Chikati.
In attendance were CS Health Susan Nakhumicha, PS Industrialization Dr. Juma Mukhwana, CAS Wakili Sudi Wandabusi, Senators, Women Representatives, MPs, MCAs, CECMs, Clergy, and senior county government officials, among others.
