Central Kenya Will Benefit Under Ruto-Dr. Gichuki

Mathioya Member of Parliament (elect) Dr. Edwin Mugo has exuded confidence that the Central Kenya region that overwhelmingly supported the President Elect His Excellency Dr. William Samoei Ruto will be among the greatest beneficiaries under his administration.

Mathioya in particular, came out in a magnanimous manner in support of the bottom up economic model which is the brainchild of His Excellency Dr. Ruto who is awaiting to be sworn in.

“As the Mt. Kenya region and particularly Mathioya we gave His Excellency our undivided support because we believe in his manifesto. We are now ready with our strategic plan in matters development from infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, economic empowerment and so on. Already having the numbers in Parliament, this is a big plus in terms of positioning the central region for the lion’s share.”

Dr. Mugo also trashed the naysayers who are throwing cold water on His Excellency Dr. Ruto’s victory.

“That is their constitutional right and they are the liberty to do so but the Supreme court will definitely quash their expectations since the figures were relayed in a transparent manner in the public portal by the independent Electoral and Boundaries commission IEBC.”

Dr. Mugo also assured the residents of Mathioya that he is ready to roll up his sleeves and deliver on all the promises he made to them especially education, healthcare, youths empowerment and water for all.
