Comfort Homes has announced plans to make Syokimau the new residential suburb.

The land selling and subdivision company in Kenya has been on the forefront in supporting affordable housing.

In light of this, Comfort Homes wants to make Syokimau a leafy residential suburb.

In an interview with the Managing Director Dr. Hezekiah Kariuki, he highlighted the Syokimau affordable housing project.

“A two-bedroom apartment will be going for only Ksh 5 Million but we are giving clients a chance to pay 10% deposit and the rest over a three-year period,”
