Fan Wins Ksh21 million Sportpesa jackpot

Ardent football fan Maurice Vidija Muliango is the newest millionaire in town having just bagged Ksh21,466,422 winnings after correctly predicting the outcome of 13 football matches correctly in the SportPesa Mid-Week Jackpot.

It is second time lucky for Maurice, a die-hard Arsenal fan, having previously won Ksh1.8 million in multi-bets and a bonus of Ksh26,000 through gaming with SportPesa. The delighted winner couldn’t hide his delight for his biggest win yet saying he is now unstoppable.

Maurice, a civil servant, says that he has been gaming since its introduction in Kenya. He sees it as a way of further supporting his passion – football. With his winnings, he plans to inject more capital in his investment projects that will ensure his future is secure when he retires from the civil service. He will also plan a special treat for his family and close friends.

Earlier in the year, Mutuku Muoka, a businessman in Nairobi also bagged Ksh12,444,453 in a midweek jackpot.
