ODM postpones Nairobi recruitment drive to 7th December

The Orange Democratic Movement ( ODM) has postponed it’s recruitment drive which was scheduled for tomorrow Friday 24th November 2023 to Thursday 7th December,2023.

According to Makadara MP George Aladwa who is also the party’s chairman Nairobi County,the party has pushed forward the recruitment to allow the party leader Raila Odinga time to preside over the exercise.

” Our party leader Raila Amolo Odinga will preside over the recruitment drive and the venue will be communicated,” a statement signed by Aladwa read

The party started its recruitment drive early this month in Siaya and Homabay counties and it’s expected to roll it in all the 47 counties across the county.

According to Aladwa,the party Rails Odinga has decided to preside over the Nairobi recruitment because it is is one of his biggest political support base in Kenya.

Mr Odinga votes in Nairobi’s Kibra Constituency and has always controlled majority of the capital city’s voting patterns.
