As many elected politicians continue with the celebration of their win, Professor Ndungu Ikenye, who was vying in Gatundu North  is not satisfied with the poll outcome.

“The back ground and underpinning systems of bribery and corruption and meaning of poverty and the loss of soul in the lives of Kenya and including the people of Gatundu North Consituency.

Prof. Ikenye alleges that the poll process in Gatundu North was marred by irregularities.”

In a Twitter post, the Prof. Noted

“Greetings. I cannot concede, people of Gatundu North Consituency, 22 didn’t vote with their freedom, but we’re bought by bidders and finally gave their highest bidder at the polling station. The economy of the poor and politics of bribery and corruption have destroyed the soul of Kenya and Kenyans. I have learned a lot of lessons and I will write more, I have peace in my soul. I kept my conscience and fought a healthy African Christian in the current political dispensation.”
