Tom Atingo Looking to Turn Tide in Luanda After Landing UDA Ticket

Tom Atingo is vying for the position of member of parliament in Luanda constituency, Vihiga county on UDA ticket.
Speaking to journalists shortly after receiving the nomination certificate, he said
“To the Glory of God I want to thank UDA Party for nominating me as the flag bearer of UDA Parliamentary bid aspirant in Luanda Constituency. Sincere gratitude to my supporters who remained calm and loyal when the propaganda was all over that am stepping down for someone else….Am here to confirm that am in the race and I trust in God that Luanda shall rise again.”
He believes that he can be the biblical David whom God used to liberate Israel, “No body believed that David would be selected by God himself to lead the people of Israel.
In the eyes of men, David was considered as a shepherd, A shepherd looks after his flock to ensure they are all in a happy condition.
Luanda Constituency your David is here and Luanda is our Israel and I hope you know my brothers just like in the house of Jesse. I hope i will find favor in your eyes and you will trust me with your vote.”
The sharp aspirant called for peace before, during and after the election
