Bizarre as body of a deceased mum refuses to enter her husband’s house
Villagers of Nyamira were left stunned after a deceased body of a mother refused to enter her husband’s house. According to the eye witnesses, the casket of the deceased got stuck at the doorstep and could not be lifted even with the help of a number of villagers who volunteered to move it.
Mourners who attended the burial explained how Ombati was not a good husband to his now deceased wife.
‘’Ombati was always out partying and sleeping with girls half his age.He mostly abandoned Mary (deceased wife) and the children without any food. I once witnessed him beating her when she confronted him of an affair he was having with a young girl from this village,” said one of the villagers.
The mistreatment over the years prompted Ombati’s dead wife’s body to refuse to enter his home.
