Mwenesi Hopeful to Clinch Vihiga MPs Seat

Honourable Jackline Mwenesi Lukalo the UDA candidate for Vihiga woman representative is the woman of the moment.

Ms Mwenesi believes she has what it takes to bring meaningful development and gender equality in the Western County.

Speaking shortly after receiving the nomination certificate, she said, “the journey that we started slightly over a Year ago with few gradual steps has finally picked up speed towards the August 9th General Elections. I salute my UDA party for having faith in my leadership capabilities thus handing me my Nomination Certificate to seek the post of Women Rep Vihiga County.”

Mwenesi pledged to do her best towards serving her people once elected into office.

She called for peace during the forthcoming general polls. “Those of us seeking elective positions should exercise restrain and refrain from polarizing the already existing peace and tranquillity amongst our supporters. Let’s conduct ourselves with the much needed Decorum,”

The God-fearing aspirant always places the Supreme Being before everything else: “I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.”
