Stanbic Bank Boosts SME’s

Stanbic Bank has partnered with the United States African Development Foundation to provide grant funding to local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kenya.

Already a total of Kshs 107 million has been released for both the 1st and 2nd cohort winners, as they continue to go through the entrepreneurial skills and financial wellness program.

One such Enterprise is Kisimani Healthcare Services which was represented by the Chief Executive Officer Eileen Mwaluma. In an exclusive interview with The Times Online, Mwaluma noted,

“As Kisimani Healthcare Services which is based in Mombasa, we are pleased to have brought essential services to the people closer to them. Kisimani offers basic services at an affordable price. Mwaluma called on the Political leaders to preach peace as we approach the general elections which is slated for ninth of August.

Speaking at the award ceremony, the banks Chief Executive Officer Charles Mudiwa noted “Our success can be attributed to our approach which requires us to remain resilient in a dynamic environment, to be innovative by using technological transformation in the development and delivery of our products and services, and to remain relevant in the market.”
