Police holding woman ,25, after her lover dies outside his car during intimacy

Police officers in Thika are investigating an incident in which a 46-year-old man is said to have died in his car while reportedly having sex with his 25-year-old girlfriend.

According to a police report seen by The Times, a sudden death report was filed at the Thika Police station at around midnight on Sunday.

“It was reported by PC Anne Kemunto that today at about 0000 hours, she was informed by the security guard that one male adult had died outside his car,” the report says.

The police report says that the OCS Thika Police station and the DCI team rushed to the scene where they discovered one John Gicheru lying outside his car.

His lover Apofia Oyego who claims to have dated the deceased the past one year was seated beside his body.

The police recovered some Ksh.850, an I-phone 6 mobile phone, car key, handkerchief and a Subaru motor vehicle of registration KCJ 530C.

“It was also noted that the deceased’s private parts were swollen,” the report says.

THE OCS THIKA POLICE STATION,THE DCI TEAM AND THE DUTY OFFICER RUSHED TO THE SCENE AND FOUND ONE JOHN GACHERU GICHARU OF 46YRS LYING OUT SIDE HIS MOTOR VEHICLE.HIS LOVER BY THE NAME APOFIA THUITA OYEGO AGED 25YRS WHOM THEY HAVE BEEN DATING WITH FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR WAS FOUND AT THE SCENE SEATED BESIDE THE DECEASED PERSON.

AT THE SCENE THE FOLLOWING WERE RECOVERD FROM THE DECEASED PERSON,KSHS.850, IPHONE 6 MOBILE PHONE,CAR KEY AND ONE HANDKERCHIEF.

ALSO IT WAS NOTED THAT THE DECEASED PRIVATE PART WERE SWOLLEN. DECEASED BODY MOVED TO THIKA GENERAL KAGO MORGUE WAITING AUTOPSY.

HIS LOVER WHO WAS THE SUSPECT WAS ESCORTED TO THIKA POLICE STATION AND DETAINED AS THE CASE PUI.
