Kesses MP Elect CPA Julius Rutto has taken time to thank the electorate for giving him the mandate to lead.

CPA Rutto was elected with more than 32,867 votes sending the incumbent home.

Taking to his Facebook page he posted: “To the residents of Kesses constituency, thank you for believing in me and for always giving me an ear when I came to ask for your votes twice at the primaries contest back in April to during the run up to recently conducted general election.

While traversing Kesses constituency during my meet the people tour’s, I keenly noted down your concerns, aspirations, desires and visions for Kesses constituency, We sat down, talked, laughed, prayed together and wished each other the best and thus, I pledge to work to the best of my limits see the ideas we shared, come to pass.

I will work together with all the elected leaders at the ward level, across the four wards in our constituency, alongside those who lost both at the parliamentary and the ward races for the betterment of our constituency

Thank you is an understatement, I cannot find the right word to express what I feel because of you my people, for your support, prayers, votes and love you showed me.”
