Kakamega CEC busted in bed with University student

Kakamega County Culture and Sports CEC Member Robert Makhanu seems to have obtained more than power after the man who was recently appointed to the lucrative docket by Governor Wycliff Oparanya was bursted in bed with a University student in Kakamega Town.

Our sources told The Times Sports CEC Makhanu was busted eating forbidden fruits of the college lass, allegedly a third year student at the Masinde Muliro University, inside a Kakamega Hotel in Kakamega township.

The two love birds were smoked out after the university student disappeared from home over the weekend prompting a frantic search for her whereabouts by her parents, relatives and friends.

The incident has since sparked widespread ire in Kakamega with residents condemning the unbecoming behaviour of the County CEC.

“It is shocking that our sports CEC decided to test his athletic prowess on vulnerable college girls at this time of the pandemic. we have lost morality completely as a people,” said Mr. Peter Shivonje, a resident of Kakamega Town who witnessed the incident.+
